About Us

Clinic at the Corner was established in 2019 in Belleville, Ontario. We are a team of three new family physicians. We completed our residency training together in Belleville through Queen’s University, enjoying the area so much that we decided to stay. We are committed to providing the community with comprehensive primary care. We will be building up our practices over the next year, taking patients off of the Health Care Connect waitlist, and look forward to meeting you!

Shannon Folz

Shannon recently relocated to the Belleville area with her family in 2022 from Bancroft. Though she is new to the area, she is not new to the medical field. Shannon started working as a Veterinary Assistant caring for our four legged friends at the young age of 15. She worked in the Veterinary field for several years until transitioning to family medicine in 2017, and it didn’t take long for her to discover that family medicine is her calling. Shannon has a daughter (and a spouse) who keep her on her toes. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors and cooking. She is grateful for the opportunity to be involved in your care!
